Privacy Policy

SEAD, LLC (“SEAD,” “we,” “us”) helps small and mid-sized businesses become AI-native. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit sead.ai, use our products such as Root, or work with us as a client — and what we do with it.

The short version: we collect only what we need to run our business and serve you, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t use your private business data to train public AI models.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, email, company, and anything you type into a contact form, sign-up, or message to us.
• Client data. When we work with you, we may handle data from the tools and systems we help you set up. We treat this as confidential and process it only to deliver the services you’ve asked for.
• Usage data. Basic, mostly anonymous analytics about how people use our site and products — pages viewed, device and browser type, and similar technical details.

How we use it

• To respond to you and provide the services you’ve requested.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our site and products.
• To send you updates you’ve opted into, and important service notices.
• To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
• We don’t use your confidential business data to train public AI models.
• We don’t share your data except as described below.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run SEAD (for example, hosting, analytics, email, and payment processors), and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. Any such transfer would remain subject to this policy.

AI tools and subprocessors

We build on third-party AI platforms. When we process data through them on your behalf, we configure those tools to keep your data private and exclude it from model training wherever the provider supports it. We can share our current list of subprocessors with active clients on request.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. To make a request, email privacy@sead.ai. We’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe and in line with applicable law.

Children

Our site and products are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy as our products and the law evolve. We’ll revise the “last updated” date above, and material changes will be noted on this page.
