When you email, it helps to include
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead (a screenshot is great).
- The product or page where it happened, and a link if you have one.
Working with us
If you’re an active client, you already have a direct line to your SEAD team — use the channel we set up with you for the quickest response. For anything else, support@sead.ai always reaches us.
Response times
We answer most messages within one business day (Monday–Friday). Urgent issues for active clients are handled through your dedicated channel.
